Step out for a mini-pilgrimage retreat on this 8-mile point-to-point hike along the Appalachian Trail and experience the beautiful forests, fields, and falls of Northwest Connecticut. This moderate country amble is infused with mindfulness and bodyfulness practices rooted in relational forest therapy.
We'll meet by 8:30 AM at the Water Street Appalachian Trail Parking Lot in Falls Village, CT and carpool to the Undermountain Road trailhead in Salisbury, where parking is limited. From there, we’ll step off promptly at 9:00 AM for a full-day journey through varied terrain, stopping for lunch at the Limestone Spring Lean-To, and finishing in the historic village center of Falls Village.
Afterward, you’re invited to join us for an optional meal at the Falls Village Inn, a local favorite for burgers, drinks, and more.
